In addition to containing the nutrient levels that were established in the SONA study, the SONA formula has several important features:

1. To insure optimal absorption and a beneficial effect over the whole day, the SONA and Omega 3-6 formulas are designed to be taken three times a day with meals. No single "One-A-Day" formula can provide this benefit, as most nutrients stay in the bloodstream at most for only a few hours and are then excreted. Optimal health depends on a regular and adequate supply of nutrients over the whole day.
