I love this product! This is the best thing ever made. I used to wake up each night, up for hours sometimes with my leg jerking. This would wake up my husband too, the none stop jerking. I was so tired each day and so was my husband because we could not get a good nights sleep because of my Restless legs jerking. Ever since I found this wonderful product my legs have pretty much stopped jerking at night. Only every so often does my leg jerk and when it does hours later, I just take one more tablet and go right back to sleep. This product stops my legs from jerking really fast, so my husband and I both can now get a restful nights sleep!
